To check the status of your order, please use one of the following methods:
Log in to your BOJ account:
Log in to your account and view your order details under "My Account" > "Order".
Please make sure you are logged in to the same account you used when placing your order, as orders placed under a different account may not appear in your order history.
Check your Order Confirmation email:
Look for the order confirmation email sent to you after placing your order. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
