Please kindly note that as long as you have purchased from our Official Mall or Authorized Retailers, we can assure the authenticity of the product. However, if you have purchased from unauthorized retailers, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of our products. This doesn't necessarily mean that the product is counterfeit, but rather that we are unable to verify authenticity through photos, videos, or LOT numbers.

Additionally, we regret to inform you that our QR scan application has been suspended due to internal reasons. Consequently, the seal of our product will gradually be phased out, and there will be no products with authentication code seals in the future.
