Please be advised of the following guidelines regarding changes to your order:
- No changes after the tracking code is updated: Once the tracking code has been updated, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
- Adding or changing products: We are unable to add new products or change existing items to different products, even before the tracking code is updated.
- Removing products: If you wish to remove products, this can only be done before the tracking code is updated. Please contact our Customer Service team via the ‘Contact Us’ page for assistance.
