Please be advised of the following guidelines regarding changes to your order:

• Order Changes: We are unable to add, remove, or replace individual products in an existing order.
• Cancellation & Reordering: If you wish to change the products in your order, please contact our Customer Service Team through our Contact Us page to request a cancellation, then place a new order with the correct items and complete the payment again.
• Cancellation Deadline: Please note that order cancellations are only possible before an order is fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
